Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

SourcAuto is operated by EEGIX, registered in Belgium as a Commanditaire Vennootschap (CommV). All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record for all SourcAuto subscriptions. Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, VAT compliance, payment processing, and administering refunds on our behalf.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial period before any payment is required. No charge is made during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any costs. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this period.

3. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal. Refund requests submitted within this 30-day window will be honoured and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. After 30 days, charges are no longer eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@sourcauto.com with your account email and the charge you are requesting a refund for. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges and your account remains active through the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund — if you are within the 30-day refund window, contact us separately to request one.
